Job Type:

Full-time 8- 10 hours per day for 5 days a week.

If you're great at sales  and customer service, learning about bikes can be taught and we can definitely talk. The Bike industry is growing in demand and it will not stop as global warming becomes a greater topic.  There are so many facets of this particular industry that are not only interesting but easily taught to excel at.

Our owner built this business from nothing and has great knowledge to offer in his over 30 years in sales and 10 years  in the bicycle retail & service industry to those wanting to grow and  become a facet in the  Jonny Rock Bikes company.  

This position will be based in our Hopkins location but will also float between the Hopkins location and our Bloomington location. 

Duties include :

*Bike Service Experience a Huge Plus

* Customer Retention

*Customer Service

*POS system knowledge 

*Leadership

*Assistance to grow entire team 

*Online sales experience a plus

*Sales ( Incentives such as  Commission  + additional bonus or paid time off for meeting goals after certain days after hiring period) 

*Problem Solving 

* Can do attitude

* Daily Operations ( receiving shipments, closing, opening, etc)
