Rise in Wellness Industry

According to the Global Wellness Institute the Wellness Industry grew 6.4% to be a $4.2 trillion market in 2018 and The physical activity economy will surpass $1.1 trillion by 2023.

I think we can all say that the approach that American Medicine has taken in the last 10 years has led us all to be forced to look at other solutions for healthcare and taking care of ourselves. It must be working because it was reported today that the average life expectancy has stopped declining for first time since 2014.

So with all of this growth in wellness what are ways that people are not just getting physical on bikes but also experiences they are having to attain overall health and wellness?

* CBD has taken the industry by storm. From lotions to edibles and oils You can find these almost anywhere (including Jonny Rock Bikes) and you probably have yet to meet anyone that's tried them and doesn't like them. used for just about any ailment you can think of.

*Home Technology Fitness - from fitness classes on mirrors to digital trainers you can do almost anything at home but a lot of people need motivation and socialization at some point when getting fit.

* MCT Oil- (extracted from coconuts for the most part) is getting put into everything from smoothies to coffee because of the growing popularity in the keto diet which is is all about putting your body into ketosis, a state in which you burn fat instead of carbs for fuel. MCT market is expected to reach $2.46 billion by 2025.

* Everything Under One Roof- with a new co-working space opening up every day in every town it's no wonder that the work space and wellness and fitness center have been combining. Life move s so quickly today why not just have everything in one spot. in fact Jonny Rock may even start offering group fitness classes in conjunction with opening its new location in 2020!
